Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated General Manager to oversee all operations at our gas station in Clovis, NM. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the gas station, including staffing, inventory, and customer service. Lead, train, and develop a team of employees, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies. Monitor and manage fuel inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock. Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting. Implement and enforce safety, security, and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe environment for customers and employees. Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections of the facility to maintain operational standards and identify areas for improvement. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer traffic.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar managerial role, preferably in a gas station or retail environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on delivering a positive experience. Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting and financial reporting. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
