This is a One Job at time position with wages up to $80,000.00 per year dependent on experience, to be discussed during interview. Applicants

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE FOR CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT WITH GAS STATION GROUND UP OR REMODEL

, and also should have well-rounded knowledge of all areas of construction: drywall, electrical, rough framing, tile laying, etc. The right candidate will have the potential to move into a more permanent position within the crew.

Ideal candidates must:

Must Have Gas Station Experience Must be willing to Travel to and from job sites Have own tools Have reliable transportation Organize projects and keep construction on schedule Read blueprints and execute specifications Pull permits from City Office Applicants must be ready to start work immediately, and be able to legally work in the United States (valid driver's license/other documentation required).
