Las Vegas, NV Job Details Full-time $22 an hour 8 hours ago Benefits Health savings account Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Life insurance Qualifications Outdoor work experience Full Job Description ERMC Aviation Services is searching for an Exterior Wax Agent for our Southwest Airlines contract located at the Harry Reid International Airport (LAS). •Please note - this job also requires installation of carpets on aircrafts as needed•
Shift:
9:00 pm until job completion - Maximum 8 hours per shift Hours vary
Responsibilities:
Clean, polish exterior and interior of aircraft Polish painted and aluminum surfaces Condition leather Sanitize galley and lavatory surfaces Responsible for the efficient removal and installation of new carpets on aircraft interiors as needed, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and compliance with standards Other duties as assigned, but not covered herein
Qualifications:
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must be able to pass Drug screening. Must possess a Government ID and social security card. Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge. Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation. Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces Able to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
Physical Demands/Requirements:
Must be able to lift / carry / push / pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more on a regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces. Must be able to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periods. Must be able to work in cramped or high places. Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jet way stairs. Must be able to work in the elements; including but not limited to rain, sleet, snow, high temperatures.
