This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-demand environment. The runner will assist with vehicle logistics, customer interactions, and basic vehicle maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities Coordinate vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs for customer reservations Meet with clients for vehicle hand-offs and returns, ensuring a smooth and professional experience Transport vehicles to and from mechanic shops, inspections, or detailing appointments Perform errands such as picking up parts or supplies from stores (e.g., auto parts retailers) Assist with vehicle repossessions when necessary (must remain professional and calm under pressure) Conduct basic vehicle checks before and after rentals (fuel level, cleanliness, visible damage, etc.) Report any mechanical issues or concerns to management promptly Requirements Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be reliable, punctual, and responsive (on-call availability required) Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Good communication and customer service skills Comfortable working independently and handling time-sensitive tasks Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including: Changing a tire Performing or understanding oil changes Identifying when a vehicle may need an alignment or servicing Prior experience in automotive, delivery, or rental services is a plus Work Environment On-call / as-needed basis Work involves driving, standing, and occasional physical activity Must be comfortable traveling to various locations as needed Compensation Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for consistent work as business grows
