Azle, Texas job type: Solutions salary: $26 - 28 per hour work hours: Rotating Shifts education: No Degree Required responsibilities: Perform pre-flight and post-flight aircraft inspections in accordance with established procedures. Complete daily start-of-day and end-of-day aircraft activities. Perform routine aircraft standard practices as defined in the client's UAS Maintenance Manual. Inspect nest and ground-support equipment, including required pre-flight and post-flight inspections. Complete daily start-of-day and end-of-day activities for nest equipment. Replace client-provided nest equipment as required. Participate in daily crew briefs and operational discussions. Maintain clear, timely communication with the client's Pilot-in-Command (PIC). Follow established safety, maintenance, and operating procedures. Maintain strong situational awareness and attention to detail throughout flight operations.

qualifications:

Lift and carry up to 35 lbs from ground level, including carrying multiple items simultaneously. Crouch to pick up or place objects weighing up to 20 lbs at ground level. Push or pull a wheeled cart weighing up to 200 lbs on level ground. Remain on their feet for extended periods and walk approximately 10,000+ steps per day. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including light rain and wind. Work in temperatures ranging from approximately 23°F to 110°F. Maintain consistent mental and visual alertness while performing safety-sensitive operational duties. Ideal Candidate Safety-minded with strong attention to detail. Comfortable following technical procedures, checklists, and standard operating practices. Able to work independently while communicating effectively with a remote or onsite operational team. Comfortable working around aircraft, technical equipment, and active flight operations. Reliable and able to perform physically demanding work outdoors. Previous experience in aviation, drones/UAS, aircraft maintenance, field operations, logistics, military operations, mechanical work, or other safety-sensitive environments is a plus.
