About the Position Grasp N Pass is looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our convenience store and fuel locations. The Store Manager is responsible for driving sales, managing employees, maintaining inventory, ensuring excellent customer service, and operating the store safely and profitably. Key Responsibilities Manage all daily store operations Lead, train, and supervise Assistant Managers and Cashiers Deliver outstanding customer service Achieve sales and profitability goals Prepare employee work schedules Manage labor costs and overtime Count and reconcile cash drawers and safe Prepare daily bank deposits Monitor lottery sales and reconciliations Oversee fuel inventory and pricing Receive and verify vendor deliveries Maintain accurate inventory and minimize shrinkage Ensure shelves, coolers, and displays remain fully stocked Maintain store cleanliness inside and outside Follow all company policies and safety procedures Ensure compliance with Texas Lottery, TABC, food safety, and company standards Submit daily operational reports and required paperwork Handle customer concerns professionally Coordinate maintenance requests and equipment repairs Qualifications High school diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus) Minimum 2 years of retail management experience Convenience store or gas station experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, POS systems) Ability to manage inventory, cash handling, and employee performance Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation Preferred Experience Convenience store operations Fuel station management Lottery operations Tobacco inventory management Vendor management Employee scheduling P&L and expense management Loss prevention
Pay:
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
