We specialize in assisting ambulatory and wheelchair-bound individuals with door-through-door service to medical appointments, personal outings, and scheduled trips (one-way or round-trip). Position Overview We are seeking dependable and professional NEMT Drivers to join our team. Drivers play a critical role in ensuring clients arrive safely, on time, and with dignity while receiving attentive assistance throughout their trip. Key Responsibilities Provide safe, timely transportation using company-provided vehicles Assist clients with door-through-door service Safely load, secure, and transport wheelchair-bound passengers Utilize a simple mobile dispatch application for trip management and communication Maintain accurate trip logs Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and care Requirements Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug screening Reliable smartphone compatible with dispatch application Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to assist individuals with some mobility challenges Physical Requirements Ability to assist/ push in wheelchair up to 200 lbs Ability to safely assist wheelchair passengers up and down ramps Comfortable driving for extended or short periods Schedule Extremely Flexible Schedule Flexible part-time/ Per Diem and PRN (as-needed) Availability may include weekdays, weekends, and occasional evenings if needed Compensation & Benefits (California-Compliant) Hourly pay: $22/hour Meal and rest breaks provided per California labor law Company-provided vehicles (no personal vehicle required during shifts) Required Attire (While on Duty) Company-issued or approved black hat ( not mandatory) Company-issued or approved black shirt ( Mandatory) 3.
