Job Description

Transport Driver Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Transport Driver to join our team. As a Transport Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers to their destinations. If you have a passion for driving and providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate various types of vehicles including vans and sedans
  • Safely drive passengers to designated locations following a set schedule or route
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking, as well as addressing any inquiries or concerns
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle
  • Adhere to traffic laws and regulations at all times
  • Report any incidents, accidents, or vehicle issues to the appropriate authorities
  • Expect all drivers to be punctual, safe and professional at all times
Qualifications:
  • Current valid driver's license
  • MUST BE ATLEAST 23 YEARS OLD
  • MUST
HAVE TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM WORK OFFICE
  • NEMT experience a plus but not required (we will train you)
  • Must have clean motor vehicle record for 3 years (no suspensions within the past 3 years)
AND CLEAN BACKGROUND
(PAST 7 YEARS)
  • Willing to undergo and pass background and drug screening
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with passengers and colleagues
  • Familiarity with routes and locations in the area of operation
  • Strong knowledge of safety procedures
  • Responsible for keeping the vehicle clean and sanitized
  • Expect all drivers to be punctual, safe and professional at all times
Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Customer service experience
