Duties Safely operate vehicles such as shuttle vans, to transport patients to medical facilities, ensuring adherence to traffic laws and safety protocols Assist patients with boarding and disembarking vehicles, providing compassionate support and ensuring their comfort during transit Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure optimal safety and performance Communicate effectively with dispatchers, medical staff, and patients to coordinate schedules and address any special needs or concerns Manage heavy lifting of mobility aids or medical equipment when necessary, ensuring proper handling and safety procedures Maintain accurate logs of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle condition reports Uphold professionalism and excellent customer service standards at all times, creating a positive experience for every passenger Experience A clean driving record Experience operating vans or commercial vehicles.
