Join our dynamic team, where creativity meets logistics. We specialize in delivering exceptional event experiences, from corporate gatherings to weddings and everything in between. As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of operations by managing warehouse activities and delivering and setting up event materials promptly and safely.
Position Overview:
As a Event Set-Up and Delivery Crew you will be responsible for managing inventory, preparing event materials, and ensuring timely delivery to various event venues.
Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming event materials in the warehouse. Prepare event materials such as furniture, decor items, and equipment for upcoming events. Ensure all items are clean, well-maintained, and ready for use according to event specifications. Safely operate company vehicles, including vans and trucks, to transport event materials to designated venues. Conduct thorough inspections of event materials before loading and upon delivery to ensure quality standards are met.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and overtime as required by event schedules.

Part-time Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
