Job Summary Join our team as a Non-Emergency Medical Transport Driver and become a vital part of providing safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation for patients requiring non-urgent medical assistance. In this energetic role, you will operate specialized vehicles to transport individuals to medical appointments, ensuring comfort, safety, and punctuality. Your dedication will help improve patient experiences and support their health and well-being through dependable service. Duties Safely operate non-emergency medical transport vehicles including paratransit vans, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles, providing courteous customer service and ensuring their comfort throughout the trip Plan efficient routes to ensure timely arrivals at medical facilities while managing traffic conditions and road closures Conduct routine vehicle inspections, perform basic maintenance checks, and report any mechanical issues promptly to ensure vehicle safety and reliability Assisting passengers with entering/exiting the van as needed on case by case basis Maintain accurate logs of trips, passenger details, mileage, and fuel usage in compliance with company policies and regulations Communicate effectively with dispatchers Strong candidates should : Have experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or limousine services with a strong focus on customer service Have a valid Georgia driver's license with a clean driving record (no suspensions in last five years) Have great communication skills to interact professionally with passengers and team members Have exceptional time management skills Have knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and vehicle maintenance procedures relevant to commercial driving Have experience in paratransit services or school bus driving is a plus but not required Have valid Defensive driving and PASS certifications Have the ability to pass background check Be at least 23yrs or older Embark on a rewarding career where your driving expertise makes a real difference!
