Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated target traploader to join our trap, skeet, and sporting clays team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading traps and general maintenance operations. Your energetic approach will help ensure smooth workflow, safety, and precision in handling machinery and tools. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work with our friendly volunteers and staff Duties Load and position trap, skeet and sporting clay traps Operate a variety of land management equipment, including mowers, and other machinery, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols Use driving skills to transport trap targets and related materials across different work sites efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly after use Assist with setup and maintenance of traps in designated areas, following detailed instructions for placement and safety standards Conduct routine inspections of loaded traps to verify correct placement Follow safety guidelines rigorously during all operations to prevent accidents or damage to equipment Qualifications minimum 28 years of age Proficiency with hand tools, power equipment. Valid driving license with a clean driving record to operate company vehicles or transport materials Ability to operate machinery safely and confidently Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions for trap placement and safety procedures Physical stamina to stand, lift, bend, and walk for extended periods during daily tasks Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety compliance Join us as a target traploader where your energy fuels our success!
