Are you a safety-minded, proactive driver looking to ditch the over-the-road lifestyle? Future Solutions is growing, and we are looking for a reliable Local Route CDL Driver & Warehouse Specialist to help keep our operations moving. In this dynamic, hybrid role, you will get the best of both worlds: hitting the road for local deliveries and getting hands-on with our warehouse operations. Most importantly, you will operate entirely on local routes, meaning you are home every single night with your weekends completely free. What You Will Do Route Driving & Equipment Safety Safely operate company box trucks and Day Cab semi-trucks based on the daily delivery schedule. Navigate local routes to ensure highly accurate, on-time deliveries. Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain peak safety and equipment condition. Strictly adhere to all company safety protocols and DOT regulations. Customer Service & Warehouse Operations Serve as the professional, friendly face of Future Solutions during all partner and customer drop-offs. Take the initiative in the warehouse when delivery schedules are lighter to keep the supply chain running smoothly. Load, unload, and stage high-value products and equipment securely. Prep outbound orders and verify all shipping documentation for accuracy. What You Bring to the
Team Licensing:
Valid Commercial Driver's License (Class A is highly preferred; Class B will be strongly considered).
Experience:
Proven track record operating box trucks and/or semi-trucks.
Record:
A clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) completely free of recent major violations.
Physicality:
The ability to safely lift, shift, and move equipment throughout the shift.
Work Ethic:
A highly dependable, self-starting attitude with excellent attendance and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
Compliance:
Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen as well as random testing.
