FedEx Delivery Driver

Join the team at McAllister Delivery ! As a Contracted Service Provider for FedEx Ground, we're looking for full-time delivery drivers based out of the Strafford, MO terminal, serving Strafford, Marshfield, Buffalo, Conway, and surrounding areas. We're looking for dependable drivers who value safety, professionalism, and great customer service. Whether you have prior delivery experience or are just starting out, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

What We Offer:

Consistent full-time schedule (5 days a week, 6 during peak/holiday season)

Pay:

$18.50/hour 1 week paid time off after 1 year (accrued until then) Health insurance available after 60 days (McAllister Delivery pays 50% of your premium) Referral program

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a FedEx delivery truck Deliver packages to homes and businesses on your assigned route Load/unload, inspect, and operate your vehicle daily Follow all DOT regulations, safety standards, and route schedules Provide excellent customer service while representing

McAllister Delivery Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old Valid driver's license with a clean record (MO applicants need Class E; KS/OK license acceptable) Ability to pass a DOT physical, background check (7 years), and drug screen (including marijuana/THC) Ability to lift up to 150 lbs with assistance Comfortable driving in all weather conditions

Are you 21 years of age or older? Can you pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle review (meaning no felonies, no excessive speeding tickets, no DWI/DUI)? Background goes back 7 years. Do you have a smartphone to communicate with manager and coworkers? Do you have reliable transportation to work every day? Are you able to work Saturday all year and Sundays in November/December? Can you pass a Department of Transportation physical? This position requires you to be outside most of the day, no matter the weather. High temps /low temps/rain/snow. Are you still interested in the position? This position does not pay overtime. If you work more than 40 hours in a week, you will be paid your regular hourly wage (straight time) for all hours worked. Are you still interested in the position?
