Job Description:

Home Clean Heroes is looking for top-quality candidates with a natural smile and a love for cleaning for our customers in the Greater Charlotte area. Our cleaning specialists are responsible for providing top-notch cleaning services and a positive customer experience for each of our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality residential cleaning using our proven Speedy & Spotless System Use our app to manage your schedule and track hours Visit the Charlotte office daily to resupply Maintain clean appearance and reliable function of assigned vehicle Correct any service concerns within 24 hours if needed Communicate consistently and clearly with your manager You must be: Willing to learn the Home Clean Heroes methods of cleaning, using our products and equipment. Ready to report to work at short notice usually 24 hours of notice. A hard worker - this is a physical job that involves dusting, mopping, vacuuming, etc. Honest, reliable, and have an eye for detail. A good driver with a valid license without restrictions is preferred but not required. Comfortable working in homes with pets. Willing to submit to a national background check.
