In this vital role, you will provide safe, timely, and compassionate transportation services for clients requiring medical appointments, therapy sessions, or other non-emergency healthcare needs. Your dedication ensures clients arrive comfortably and on schedule while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to all traffic and transportation regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in your community while enjoying the flexibility of using your personal vehicle for work. Responsibilities Safely operate your personal vehicle to transport clients to and from medical appointments, hospitals, clinics, or other designated locations. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations, including health and safety standards. Maintain clear communication with clients before and during trips to confirm details and provide exceptional customer service. Follow GPS navigation systems accurately to adhere to scheduled routes and optimize travel times. Assist clients by demonstrating sensitivity and professionalism at all times. Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks to ensure your vehicle remains in safe working condition; report any issues promptly. Qualifications Must pass 1. Drug test 2. Criminal background check Valid Drivers License and provide Motor Vehicle Driving Record (MVR) Must take 3 certifications 1. Defensive Driving 2. Passenger Safety & Sensitivity (PASS) 3. First Aid/CPR (which you will never use) Proven experience as a delivery driver, shuttle driver, bus driver, limousine chauffeur, or similar role involving passenger transportation. Strong knowledge of GPS navigation tools and local driving routes to ensure efficient trips. Ability to adhere strictly to traffic laws, state transportation regulations, and safety protocols at all times. Excellent communication skills with a friendly approach to customer service; capable of managing client interactions professionally. Reliable personal vehicle that meets safety standards for passenger transportation; maintained regularly for optimal performance.
