Job Description
2DN Transport & Auto LLC is currently seeking experienced and compassionate drivers to join our expanding Non-Emergency Medical Transportation team in the Carolinas. We are committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring the health and comfort of our clients.
Essential Duties:
- Provide safe and timely transport for clients, including those using wheelchairs, to medical appointments.
- Utilize GPS technology for efficient navigation and punctuality.
- Assist clients with entering and exiting facilities and vehicles.
- Adhere to all operating policies, safety procedures, and service schedules.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent; relevant driving experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history. No suspension for any reason within the past 5 years.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Proficiency with smartphones and GPS navigation a must.
- Physical ability to lift 35-50 lbs and assist clients as needed.
- Flexible availability, including occasional weekends and evenings.
Position Details:
Type:
Full-time (35+ hours per week).Schedule:
Monday-Sunday (variable hours between 5:00 AM and 7:00 PM working 10-12 hour shifts between these hours).Compensation:
$13.50 per hour for wheelchair transport.Benefits:
Weekly pay, with eligibility for a raise of up to $1.00 after 90 days and annual increases thereafter. 40 hours paid vacation time accumulated after working 2years full-time.
