About Us:
Champlain Valley Family Center is a leading provider of integrated behavioral health services in Plattsburgh, NY. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), we are committed to providing comprehensive, person-centered care to individuals and families in our community.
Position Overview:
Our Recovery Campus is a 16 bed residential located in Schuyler Falls that provides stabilization and rehabilitation services. This facility serves adults 18 and older with diagnosed Substance Use Disorders, and provides services such as individual and group sessions, MAT, Life Skills and Medical Stabilization and Withdrawal Management. This facility is currently looking for both a Per Diem for all shifts, and a Part Time position as well for 2 10 hour shifts a week.
