Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Transport Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to various locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and effective communication. Candidates with experience in shuttle driving, delivery driving, or commercial driving are encouraged to apply. Duties Safely operate vehicles including courtesy cars, ambulances, wheelchair vans, or other transport vehicles. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers at designated locations. Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle by performing routine inspections and basic maintenance. Assist passengers with boarding and alighting from the vehicle, ensuring their safety at all times. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise during transport. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a safe driving record. Perform heavy lifting as required when loading or unloading goods. Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage and fuel consumption. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Experience in medical transportation is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with passengers and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary. Knowledge of vehicle maintenance practices is a plus. Customer service-oriented attitude with a focus on passenger satisfaction. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
