Job Description
About the Role NoTip is pioneering the future of food delivery with an innovative robotics platform. Our vehicles deploy autonomous robots that exit the car, navigate to a customer's front door, drop off their order, and return. As an Technical Support Delivery Operator, you'll be at the forefront of this technology, serving as the human expert who keeps our robotic fleet running smoothly on every route. During high-volume periods, you may also complete deliveries independently using our company car. What You'll Do Operate a company delivery vehicle equipped with our proprietary robotic delivery ramp system Monitor and supervise autonomous robot deployments at each stop to ensure successful deliveries Troubleshoot minor robot or system issues in the field using provided tools and training Communicate with dispatch and support teams about route status and any operational issues Complete overflow deliveries when order volume requires it Maintain accurate delivery logs and report any incidents or anomalies after each shift What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable learning and working with technology — no robotics experience required, full training provided Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step operational procedures Calm under pressure — able to problem-solve quickly if something doesn't go as planned Training & Onboarding No prior robotics experience is needed — we'll train you on everything.
