Compensation:

What You'll Do As a Regional Lead Driver, you'll do more than simply transport passengers. You'll help represent Make A Way Transport by: Transporting passengers safely on both local and regional routes. Being available to travel throughout your assigned region when needed. Providing outstanding customer service to every passenger. Assisting with new driver vehicle inspection preparation when requested. Attending driver community events on behalf of Make A Way Transport. Supporting company initiatives and helping maintain our service standards. Operating independently while maintaining professionalism, punctuality, and reliability. What Makes This Position Different This is one of our premium hourly positions .

Regional Lead Drivers receive:

Have access to a reliable personal vehicle. Meet all company compliance requirements. Be able to complete onboarding within 7 days of attending orientation . Obtain or possess an F Endorsement (where required). Obtain or possess a valid DOT Medical Certification. Successfully complete required background screening and onboarding requirements.
