We are dedicated to customer satisfaction and committed to going the extra mile to meet your needs. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dependable Box Truck Route Helper to join our team. In this role, you will assist with loading, unloading, and delivering tires using a box truck, ensuring timely and safe deliveries along designated routes. This position offers a dynamic work environment where your effort directly contributes to our reputation for reliability and excellent service. Duties Assist with loading and unloading tires from box trucks using manual lifting and lift gates when necessary Support the driver in route driving, navigation, and timely deliveries to customers' locations Help verify pickup orders, ensure accuracy of paperwork, and document completed deliveries Safely load and unload tires, moving heavy items with proper technique to prevent injury Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck interior and work area throughout the shift Communicate effectively with team members and drivers to coordinate route schedules and address any issues during deliveries Follow all safety protocols related to heavy lifting, moving, and route operations Reliable transportation is required Consistent attendance and punctuality is required Skills Customer service skills to interact professionally with clients during deliveries Warehouse experience or familiarity with loading/unloading procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical moving tasks safely and efficiently Ability to work independently while following route instructions accurately Join us at Reliable Tire Disposal as we continue our commitment to excellence!
