Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM •This role requires flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and after-hours as operational needs require. Lowe Rental Inc. is one of the world's leading rental refrigeration and catering equipment businesses. We provide refrigeration, catering equipment, and temporary kitchen solutions to major food exhibitions, sporting events, music festivals, retailers, and corporate events across the world. We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Local DOT Driver & Warehouse Operative to support our Fort Worth operations team. This position includes warehouse responsibilities, local transportation of equipment, and operational support for customer deliveries, collections, trade shows, and events throughout the local and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities Safely transport equipment to and from customer locations, trade shows, and events throughout the local Fort Worth and surrounding areas Assist with setup and dismantling of trade shows, temporary kitchens, and retail installations Load and unload refrigeration and catering equipment in an organized and timely manner Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming inventory and equipment Inspect equipment for defects, damages, and operational concerns Assist with troubleshooting and minor equipment repairs when needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts (if certified) Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members onsite and remotely Follow direction from management and report operational concerns promptly Support general warehouse and operational duties as assigned Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Qualifications & Requirements Clean 5-year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Minimum 5 years of DOT driving experience preferred, including box truck or equivalent vehicle operation 2-3 years of warehouse or operations experience preferred Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows or operational support as needed Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel Forklift certification preferred but not required Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Must provide basic hand tools Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to push/pull equipment up to 100 lbs Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods Ability to climb ladders up to 40 feet Ability to use hand tools and testing equipment safely Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including temperatures exceeding 90°F Examples of physical work include moving refrigeration equipment, loading/unloading trucks, warehouse organization, and assisting with event installations.
