Full Job Description About Us:
Pathwise Medical Transport is committed to safely and comfortably transporting members of our community to their medical appointments, hospital visits, and other essential destinations. We pride ourselves on reliability, professionalism, and compassionate service Job Summary We are seeking responsible and caring drivers to join our team. As a NEMT driver, you will transport passengers who may have mobility challenges or special medical needs. Your role is to ensure every passenger arrives safely, on time, and with a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate a company vehicle to transport passengers to and from medical appointments Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle, including those using wheelchairs or walkers (Paid training provided) Maintain a clean and well-kept vehicle Follow assigned schedules and routes Provide friendly, professional, and respectful customer service Complete required trip logs and paperwork accurately Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be at least 23 years old Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Excellent communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions Ability to assist passengers with mobility devices (paid training provided)
