Field Trainer/Representative

About us Well Compression, LLC provides support to Connie Cares, a 501(c)(3) non-profit foundation. We provide sequential compression devices to patients through in home and clinic visits. This is a 1099 contracted position paid per delivery. The job includes delivery and set-up of a compression pump to include training of the patient.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and safely storing a minimal amount of stock; coordination and scheduling delivery with/to patients; delivering devices to customers in a timely, professional and efficient manner. The candidate must have a valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle, current and continuing car insurance, phone and computer knowledge. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent customer service skills, excellent phone/communication skills, and be able to work independently with the ability to stay on schedule. A well groomed appearance is expected.

General mobility is required:

climbing stairs, kneeling to floor to assist patients, carrying small boxes. Prior medical experience not required, but helpful.

Responsibilities:

Load and unload packages from vehicles (under 15lbs). Phone coordination to schedule deliveries. Deliver devices to customers in a timely manner. Education of the patient with regard to device use as prescribed. Provide clear verbal instructions with regards to training and use of pump Follow all safety and health protocols as outlined. Maintain accurate records of deliveries. Review and submit all required paperwork. Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner. Establish delivery routes and time schedules. Vehicular travel within designated area will be required. Maintain compliance with all company and national standards regarding regulatory requirements, including but not limited to HIPAA.
