Position summary T&A Transportation is seeking professional, caring, and safety-focused drivers to provide transportation services for students, individuals with special needs, behavioral support clients, and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) passengers throughout the Greater Richmond area. Drivers are responsible for ensuring passengers are transported safely, respectfully, and on time while maintaining a high standard of customer service and professionalism. Responsibilities Safely transport students and NEMT clients to and from designated locations. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, families, schools, healthcare providers, and care teams. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and transportation regulations. Maintain accurate trip documentation and vehicle inspection reports. Utilize company-provided communication and tracking systems. Assist passengers as needed while maintaining professional boundaries. Report incidents, concerns, or vehicle issues promptly. Maintain a clean and professional vehicle environment.

Qualifications:

Required:

Valid Virginia Driver's License. Clean driving record. Must be at least 21 years old. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Ability to pass a DMV driving record review. Reliable and punctual. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to use a smartphone and GPS navigation. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred:

Experience working with students, children, seniors, or individuals with disabilities. Experience in transportation, healthcare, education, social services, or customer service. CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain). Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
