Qualifications:

Must be able to pass background checks and drug screenings Are at least 18 years of age and have had a valid driver's license for at least two years. Have a current valid driver's license to operate the transportation vehicle to which they are assigned. Be prohibited from employment or contracting with the Contractor if they have more than two chargeable accidents or moving violations in the last three years. The VA DMV Driver's License Points may not exceed -2. Drivers and attendants who have had their driver's license suspended or revoked for moving traffic violations in the previous five years are prohibited from driving for a provider who contracts with the Contractor.

Responsibilities:

Safely transport passengers or goods to their destination Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers as needed Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations Maintain a clean and organized vehicle Follow designated routes and schedules Communicate with dispatch or supervisor as necessary Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers or the security of goods during transportation Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times

Job Type:

Full-time Monday to Friday and the weekend are available too but not required.

Do you have experience driving professionally (Uber, delivery, NEMT, etc.)? Are you comfortable assisting passengers in and out of vehicles? Are you available for early mornings, evenings, or weekends? Have you used apps like RouteGenie, WellRyde, or similar dispatch systems? This position requires patience, professionalism, and reliability, with no call-offs or last-minute absences. Are you able to meet this expectation? Are you comfortable using GPS and updating trip statuses in real time? Our company operates as a team with zero tolerance for drama or conflict.
