Duties Job Responsibilities As a Medical Equipment Driver / CSR, you will: Deliver medical equipment safely to patient homes throughout the service area Set up and install home medical equipment Demonstrate proper operation and safe use of equipment to patients and caregivers Provide professional and compassionate customer service both in person and over the phone Complete delivery paperwork and required documentation accurately Operate a company vehicle or approved personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed when applicable) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle Assist with scheduling, patient intake, and other office support duties as needed Follow all healthcare regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
