Mover / Staging Crew Member - Staging Crew Movers Job Summary Staging Crew Movers is seeking dependable, energetic, and professional team members to help transform houses into beautifully staged homes. Unlike traditional moving companies, our work focuses on carefully transporting, placing, and installing furniture and décor for home staging, interior design projects, and model homes. As a Staging Crew Member, you'll work alongside our Lead Stager and Design Team to deliver an exceptional experience for homeowners, Realtors, and builders. Attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude are just as important as strength and efficiency. Responsibilities Safely load, transport, and unload staging furniture, artwork, décor, and accessories. Carefully place furniture according to the Lead Stager's direction and staging plan. Protect furniture, walls, floors, and homes throughout every project. Assist with staging and destaging occupied and vacant homes. Load and organize enclosed trailers for maximum efficiency and furniture protection. Inspect furniture for damage before and after each project. Use moving equipment such as dollies, furniture pads, hand trucks, straps, and lifting equipment safely. Follow company procedures for loading, unloading, and inventory management. Represent Staging Crew Movers professionally with homeowners, Realtors, designers, and builders. Maintain clean trucks, trailers, and equipment. Follow all company safety policies and proper lifting techniques. Qualifications Moving, warehouse, furniture delivery, or home staging experience is preferred but not required. Ability to safely lift and move furniture weighing 50+ pounds with team assistance. Strong work ethic with dependable attendance. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. Experience pulling enclosed trailers or driving box trucks is a plus. Ability to use smartphones for scheduling, navigation, and project communication.
