Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Mover/Packer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the backbone of our moving operations, ensuring that clients' belongings are handled with care and efficiency. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help deliver a seamless moving experience, from packing to loading and unloading. Whether you're assisting with residential or commercial moves, your positive attitude and strong work ethic will make a real difference. Duties Safely load, unload, pack, and unpack household or commercial items using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, or forklifts when necessary Assist with heavy lifting tasks, ensuring items are moved efficiently without damage or injury Prepare moving supplies and packing materials to secure belongings during transit Ensure all items are properly labeled, organized, and loaded onto trucks in accordance with route plans Drive box trucks or driver vehicles with manual transmission for local or route deliveries Load and unload trucks at various locations, adhering to safety protocols and time schedules Maintain a clean and organized workspace during packing and moving operations, including securing items for transport Experience Prior experience in warehouse work, moving services, or delivery driving preferred but not required—training will be provided! Demonstrated ability in customer service to communicate effectively with clients during moves Experience operating commercial vehicles such as box trucks or driver vehicles with manual transmission Familiarity with warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the workday Previous courier or route driving experience is advantageous but not mandatory Strong physical stamina and the ability to stand, lift, bend, and walk for extended periods Join us as a vital part of our team where your energy fuels smooth moves!
