Residential and Commercial Cleaners Wanted Full and Part Time Available Kevin's Professional Cleaning Service (KPCS) is hiring motivated individuals to join our growing team! We've proudly served the Valley for 18 years and offer a positive, supportive work environment where our employees come first.
Positions Available:
House Cleaner and Rv Trailer Cleaning Team Lead Opportunities (higher pay and advancement potential) Pay & Benefits Starting pay: $20/hour during training Pay increases based on performance and consistency Up to $30/hour after one year Cash bonuses Holidays off Free meals Oil change reimbursement Monthly phone bill reimbursement Paid birthday off or double-time pay Requirements ✔ Reliable transportation (required) ✔ Fluent English communication skills ✔ Dependable and punctual ✔ Pass a background check ✔ Team player with a positive attitude ✔ Physically active and able to work efficiently ✔ Professional appearance and communication ✔ Quick learner with attention to detail Work Areas Phoenix, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Fountain Hills, Paradise Valley, and Ahwatukee. We're looking for serious, long-term applicants only. If you frequently call off work, spend excessive time on your phone, or struggle to take direction, this position is not a good fit.
