Southwest Packout is looking for a dependable, hardworking Packout Technician to join our team immediately. We're looking for someone with experience in moving, packouts, contents cleaning, or restoration who understands how to handle customers' belongings with care and take pride in getting the job done right. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys physical work, works well with a team, and wants more than just another job. The right person will have the opportunity to develop their restoration skills, take on additional responsibility, and grow into a Lead Technician role as they gain experience and demonstrate leadership.

What You'll Do Pack and Protect Contents:

Carefully wrap, box, label, and prepare furniture, household goods, and personal belongings for transport and storage.

Inventory and Document:

Photograph, inventory, and label customer contents accurately using a smartphone or tablet.

Perform Packouts:

Safely move furniture, boxes, and other belongings from homes or buildings affected by damage.

Clean and Restore Contents:

Assist with approved cleaning, deodorization, and restoration procedures to help recover salvageable items.

Load, Transport, and Organize:

Load and unload trucks, transport contents as assigned, and organize items in designated warehouse storage areas. Maintain a

Keep work areas organized, follow procedures, protect customer property, and work efficiently alongside the team.

Learn our processes, build technical skills, and demonstrate the reliability and initiative needed to advance into a Lead Technician position. Required:

Ability to safely lift, carry, and move furniture, boxes, and other household contents. Basic experience with packing, wrapping, handling, or moving materials. Ability to safely load and unload trucks and equipment. Comfortable using a company smartphone or tablet for photos, inventory, and job documentation. Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and keep jobsites organized. Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn. A team-first attitude with a strong sense of responsibility for customer property. Commute to Mesa, AZ 85210 and be on time daily Experience That Will Help You Stand Out We're especially interested in candidates with previous experience in: Contents restoration, packout, or restoration services. Residential or commercial moving companies. Contents cleaning, specialty cleaning, or material handling. Warehouse operations, inventory, shipping, or receiving. Operating forklifts or driving larger box trucks. Hands-on experience matters more than years on a résumé. If you already know how to pack, protect, move, and organize contents, you may be exactly who we're looking for. Pay, Benefits & Growth $18-$20 per hour to start , depending on experience.
