Full-Time, Year-Round About the Role We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Elite Window Washers . This position is open to both new and experienced window washers. Whether you're just starting out or looking to advance your career, we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

What We Offer Competitive Pay :

Base pay is $40,000-$45,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses, commissions and tips.

Full-Time Stability :

Year-round work, including summers

Company Vehicle :

Assigned to you, with take-home privileges

Paid Training :

Window washing certification and Water Fed Pole (WFP) system training provided

Equipment Provided :

All tools and supplies supplied by the company

Modern Systems :

Access to WFP systems for advanced cleaning jobs Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality window cleaning services to residential and commercial clients in Scottsdale and surrounding areas Uniforms provided: Maintain a professional, polished appearance when working on luxury homes and estates Safely operate company vehicles and equipment Follow company standards and procedures for efficient, detail-driven cleaning Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction on every job Qualifications No prior experience required - training provided Experience in window cleaning or similar trades is a plus Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable and punctual Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Career Growth We invest in our team.
