This energetic position involves physically handling and packing items, loading and unloading trucks, and assisting with warehouse operations. Your proactive attitude and attention to safety will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Whether you're experienced in warehouse tasks or eager to develop new skills, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Safely load and unload goods using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and carts Pack, organize, and prepare items for transportation, ensuring secure placement to prevent damage during transit Operate box trucks or commercial trucks for local deliveries, adhering strictly to DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and traffic laws Assist with warehouse operations including inventory management, material handling, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently while following safe lifting practices for heavy or bulky items Use mobile devices to document deliveries, update routes, or communicate with team members during daily operations Provide excellent customer service during delivery or pickup appointments by ensuring timely, professional interactions Experience Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for all safety procedures and equipment operation Experience in commercial driving or delivery driving with a box truck or similar vehicle is highly desirable Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles and manual handling techniques is advantageous Previous roles involving load & unload tasks, courier services, or moving are beneficial Ability to adhere to traffic regulations, DOT standards, and safe lifting practices consistently Comfortable operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and supporting warehouse operations with manual labor when needed Join us if you're motivated by physical activity, enjoy working in a team environment, and are committed to delivering outstanding service safely.
