Skilled Laborer / Moving Support - 2 DAY

PROJECT ONLY

Job Summary We are seeking dependable and hardworking Skilled Laborers / Moving Support team members to assist with interior retail renovation projects. This role includes light demolition, interior painting support, and material handling. Candidates should be comfortable using basic hand tools, performing repetitive lifting, and maintaining a clean, organized work area. Professional painting experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities Remove wood pieces secured to interior walls using drills, hammers, and other hand tools. Perform light demolition while protecting surrounding finishes and materials. Prepare interior spaces for painting by applying painter's tape, covering floors, and protecting fixtures. Apply interior paint using rollers while maintaining clean lines and a professional finish. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris throughout the project. Unload wooden modular divider walls from delivery trucks and transport them throughout the retail space. Safely lift, carry, and position divider walls weighing approximately 30 pounds. Work efficiently with team members to complete tasks within scheduled shifts. Follow all jobsite safety requirements and wear appropriate PPE. Qualifications Previous construction labor, moving, warehouse, or renovation experience preferred. Experience using drills, hammers, and other common hand tools. Interior painting experience is a plus. Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 30 pounds throughout the shift. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
