You focus on delivering an excellent clean — we handle the rest , including scheduling, client communication, billing, marketing, and operational support. We specialize in residential, commercial, salon/spa, and vacation rental cleaning services, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out services. Position Overview We are seeking responsible, dependable, and detail-oriented professional cleaners who take pride in their work and understand the importance of being someone clients can rely on. Contractors must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within a 50-mile radius of Sacramento. Key Responsibilities Perform cleaning tasks based on the service type selected by the client Follow company checklists to ensure all areas are completed, polished, and thoroughly double-checked Communicate clearly and professionally with management and clients Provide required before-and-after photos for quality and accountability Safely use, maintain, and transport cleaning equipment and supplies Protect clients' property, privacy, and personal spaces Follow all state and federal safety, health, and sanitation guidelines Understand and comply with independent contractor responsibilities Immediately report damages, concerns, or special client requests Duties and Expectations Deliver consistent, high-quality, detail-focused cleaning services Take responsibility for work quality and reliability Work independently and as part of team when needed Manage time effectively to complete services within designated time windows Use proper cleaning techniques and safe chemical-handling practices Maintain professional communication with clients and management Demonstrate physical stamina (bending, lifting, twisting, extended standing) Maintain professional appearance, hygiene, and conduct Request training if needed — we support cleaners who want to learn or improve Contractor Requirements Must take responsibility for their work and communicate professionally Must follow and understand California state and federal cleaning, safety, and independent contractor laws Must provide their own cleaning equipment, supplies, and reliable transportation Must communicate availability, job updates, delays, and schedule changes promptly Must be able to work independently and as part of a team Professional cleaning experience is required Training available upon request to support skill building Must uphold Diamond Gleamers' standards — every space must be polished, perfected, and double-checked Must pass a background check Must maintain valid insurance Must have a smartphone with data and be able to use a company scheduling/navigation app

California Minimum Insurance Requirements General Liability Insurance:
