What the Job Really Is This is an active, outdoor job —you'll be walking, squatting, lifting, and driving throughout the day. You'll be solo on your route, cleaning up after dogs in residential and commercial yards using company gear and vehicles. You'll need to be someone who can work independently, drive safely, and pay attention to details (like gate latches, clean-up quality, jobs completed per hour, and the occasional curious pup). If you're looking for a cuddly pet-sitting gig, this isn't it. If you're someone who loves dogs but doesn't mind poop, enjoys physical work, and prefers working solo— this job is for you . Who Thrives in This Role Self-motivated and reliable: No micromanaging here—you're trusted to manage your own route. If you are completing five or more jobs an hour and driving safely, you'll be given a lot of freedom to get the job done.

Physically capable:

On your feet, moving, lifting 50+ lbs, and doing repetitive tasks. Comfortable driving a company vehicle daily and navigating routes safely.

Detail-oriented:

Pace Driven:

This job is performance based paid structure. Complete five or more jobs an hour to get your day done sooner, and get paid the most.

Communicative:

You'll be out in the field but stay connected to our team with periodic check-ins.
