This position plays a key role in ensuring appliances are delivered and installed safely, efficiently, and with a high level of customer service. The Appliance Delivery Assistant will work alongside a lead driver to handle in-home deliveries of appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, and other large household items. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and professionalism when interacting with customers. Experience in delivery or moving is preferred but not required. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting appliances Support in-home delivery and basic installation (training provided)

Safely move large and heavy items without damaging property
Communicate professionally with customers during deliveries
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Requirements:

Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to pass a drug screen Ability to perform heavy lifting (team lifting 75-150 lbs regularly) Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Work Schedule:

Monday through Friday Home daily Occasional Saturdays based on workload
