We're hiring variable part-time Moving Assistants who want flexible, active work — and we're offering more than just a paycheck. If you've got the strength, stamina, and positive energy to help people move stress-free, this is the role for you. You'll stay active, earn tips, and pick your own shifts right from our app. Whether you're looking for supplemental income or steady part-time work, we make it simple and supportive. What You'll Do Load, unload, and move furniture, boxes, and household items Navigate stairs, tight spaces, and tricky corners with skill and care Use moving equipment properly and lift safely Deliver excellent customer service and handle items with care Follow instructions from your team lead and support your crew Represent Rocket Services with professionalism, energy, and reliability What We're Looking For Show-up reliability is everything here ... confirm a shift, show up on time. We pay above gig-app rates because we count on you. Strength and stamina to lift up to 75 lbs on your own, repeatedly throughout the day Endurance to stand for long periods, walk extended distances, and climb multiple flights of stairs A great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to hustle Dependable and punctual — we rely on each other to stay on time Solid teamwork and clear communication skills Background check required before starting Valid driver's license a plus (some roles may include driving) Reliable personal transportation to and from job sites is required
