The position is hands-on and customer-facing, with solid earnings, scheduling flexibility, and a defined route into higher-level roles. Pay & Hours Hourly base: $23/hr With tips, total earnings typically land at $30-$38+/hr (gratuities stay steady thanks to the level of service we deliver) Same-day pay offered after your first shift; standard payouts run every Wednesday and Sunday Open to working around your schedule — early shifts, weekends, and midweek hours are all on the table What You'll Do Move household items and commercial furnishings on and off trucks, including transit between sites Wrap and secure loads using moving blankets, tie-downs, and standard hand tools Coordinate with crew members to safely handle pieces weighing up to 100 lbs Keep customers informed and treat them professionally from arrival to wrap-up What You'll Need Your own way to get to our Fort Collins location Stamina for ongoing physical work — lifting, carrying, and navigating furniture through tight spaces A smartphone for routing and shift coordination Show up on time, work well with others; no prior moving experience necessary Room to Grow We have a senior crew lead spot opening up this summer.
