Position Summary:

The Captain / Crew Leader / Driver is responsible for leading a team on junk removal and moving jobs while delivering exceptional customer service. This role combines leadership, driving, and hands-on labor, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of crew members on job sites Go out of your way to be friendly (smile, eye contact, small-talk) to everyone whom you come in contact with throughout the day

• especially your clients Look, act and become a friendly college hunk
• starting with the uniform, and continuing with your attitude (smiles and eye contact) Check in regularly throughout the day with direct supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience Safely operate company trucks and maintain vehicle cleanliness and organization Plan and execute moves or junk removal jobs efficiently Lift, carry, and transport items in a safe and professional manner Provide accurate estimates and communicate services clearly to customers Ensure all jobs are completed according to company policies and safety standards Handle payments and complete required paperwork or digital job logs Train and mentor new team members as needed Expected hours: 20•50 per week

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Previous leadership, moving, labor, or box truck experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and work in a physically demanding environment Reliable, punctual, friendly, and professional attitude Drug free Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Enjoy hard work, world class customer service and helping others Desire to be part of a growing organization and are excited about huge opportunity Able to pass a federal background check and motor vehicle record search

Compensation & Benefits:
