What We're Looking For The stamina and capability for physical work (please read before applying) Lift and carry 25-75 lbs on your own, and team-lift items over 75 lbs. Stay on your feet, walking and climbing stairs, for up to 8-12 hours. Go up and down truck ramps, stairs and loading docks repeatedly while carrying weight. Work on uneven ground, in tight spaces, and outdoors in heat and rain. Bend, squat, kneel, twist, and reach overhead throughout the day. Keep your footing and balance while carrying an item you may not be able to see over. Reliability
