Mover/Packer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Mover/Packer to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing, loading, and unloading items for moving projects, ensuring the safe handling of customer belongings. Duties Carefully pack items using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit Load and unload trucks with heavy or bulky items, utilizing proper lifting techniques Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual transmission vehicles safely and efficiently Assist with moving furniture and boxes in residential or commercial settings Ensure all items are securely packed and properly labeled for easy identification during delivery or pickup Collaborate with team members to load, transport, and unload goods along designated routes Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including storage areas and moving trucks Skills Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients during moves Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with moving operations preferred Experience driving box trucks or commercial vehicles, including manual transmission models Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift Knowledge of route driving, load & unload procedures, and delivery best practices Familiarity with equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and courier tools is a plus Reliable driving record with experience as a courier or delivery driver preferred Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values hard work, safety, and excellent service!
