Mover/Packer

FRSTeam of Miami, located in Opa-Locka, a fast growing franchise serving the fabric restoration and electronic cleaning needs for families devastated by a smoke, fire, or water loss. As a mover / packer, you'll play a vital role in helping families and businesses transition smoothly during relocations. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, ensuring every item is handled with care and precision. You will be going to the loss site to help with tagging and packing out contents from customer's home. Compassion, empathy, and patience are key traits of a successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently pack and unpack items for residential and commercial moves. Load and unload trucks while ensuring items are secured and protected. Perform inventory checks to ensure all items are accounted for. Assist in the setup and breakdown of furniture and equipment. Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and timelines.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in moving, packing, or related fields is a plus. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to customer satisfaction. Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends as needed.

We Offer:

• Job hours are typically Monday - Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm, hours may change depending on the work volume
• On call rotational schedule, incentive applies.
• Starting wage: $20. Compensation based on experience and revised based on performance.
