Moving Helper

Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading boxes, furniture, and heavy items using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, or forklifts when qualified Help organize and secure items in trucks or storage areas to prevent damage during transit Support drivers with route driving duties for local deliveries or moves using box trucks or similar vehicles with manual transmissions Ensure all items are handled safely by following proper manual lifting procedures and safety protocols Collaborate with team members to load and unload efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Maintain cleanliness and organization of moving supplies and equipment before and after each job Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients during the moving process Experience Prior experience in warehouse work, moving services, or delivery driving is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with commercial driving, including operating box trucks or courier vehicles with manual transmissions, is a plus Experience with heavy lifting, moving furniture, or handling large items confidently and safely Knowledge of warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is advantageous but not mandatory; training available for qualified candidates Strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients during their move Ability to work physically demanding shifts that involve load & unload tasks and route driving responsibilities Join us in making every move a success!
