Job Description

Best Deal Movers is a family-owned moving company based in Alpharetta, GA, which has been in operation for over 15 years. We currently have an immediate opening for Movers & Packers and are looking for motivated professionals to fill these roles and take part in our continued growth! The successful candidate will be detail oriented, function best in a well-structured environment, and thrive on organization and consistency. We offer competitive compensation based on experience, bonuses, tips paid to helpers, and additional benefits and perks will become available after a 90-day introductory period.

Job Brief The need:

Helpers to aid our Customers and Drivers in their moves. Normal day to day routine for this position starts at 8:00am Monday-Friday and will vary on weekends. Great summertime job for Students. Flexible schedule and asking for days off is also not an issue. Characteristics You are meticulous and believe about work being done correctly You are organized and structured You communicate clearly and concisely You believe in quality of service and timeliness. You uphold the core values of integrity, quality, safety, and teamwork. You are reliable and consistent. Required Skills & Education Ability to follow a process. Ability to work independently and safely. Prior Experience in moving service preferred. Reliable transportation to and from office. Physical Requirements Physically strenuous activity makes up a large portion of this job, including lifting (up to 75 lbs.) on your own up and down stairs. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and even climbing are involved along with working in close confines with other movers. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Compensation Hourly Rate:

$16/hr. to $23/hr Tips & Bonuses from Reviews, can make an additional $1800 a month Schedule is Monday-Saturday, 8:00am start with end times varying based on workload.

$16.00 - $23.00 per hour
