Driver and Mover

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mover to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with the loading, unloading, and transportation of goods and personal belongings. This role requires excellent customer service skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. As a Mover, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth moving process for our clients. Responsibilities Load and unload items from trucks or vans with care to prevent damage. Drive moving vehicles safely to various locations as required. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients throughout the moving process. Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts when necessary. Ensure that all items are securely packed and organized during transport. Assist in the setup and breakdown of furniture and other items at the destination. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse or moving area. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in moving, warehouse operations, or commercial driving is preferred but not required. Familiarity with operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus. A valid driver's license is necessary; commercial driving experience is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Physical ability to lift heavy items and perform manual labor for extended periods.
