In this energetic role, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading, unloading, and transporting belongings while providing exceptional customer service. Duties Safely load and unload household or commercial items using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, or forklifts when necessary Operate various types of vehicles including box trucks and drivers' vehicles to transport belongings between locations Assist customers with packing, unpacking, and furniture assembly to ensure satisfaction throughout the move Plan and execute route driving efficiently while adhering to safety regulations and traffic laws Use manual transmission vehicles confidently during route driving and delivery tasks Load and secure items properly in trucks to prevent damage during transit Collaborate with team members to coordinate moving schedules, manage time effectively, and ensure timely deliveries Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in trucks, storage areas, and work sites at all times Experience Prior experience in moving or warehouse environments is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with heavy lifting, manual labor, or using equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks Customer service skills that enable positive interactions with clients during stressful situations Knowledge of route driving, load & unload procedures, and safety protocols for transportation roles Ability to handle physically demanding tasks while maintaining attention to detail and safety standards This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in moving logistics while delivering outstanding service.
