Job Summary $22-$35 an hour+ Tips+ Travel Time We are seeking a motivated and energetic Mover to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely transporting, loading, and unloading items for our customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient moving experience. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create positive interactions with clients while maintaining safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in moving, driving, heavy lifting, and customer service within a fast-paced environment. Duties Safely load and unload household or commercial items using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as dollies, pallet jacks, or when necessary Drive box trucks or drivers' vehicles to transport items between locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Assist customers with furniture disassembly and reassembly as needed to facilitate smooth moves Ensure all items are secured properly during transit to prevent damage or accidents Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries and pickups, maintaining accurate delivery logs Communicate professionally with clients to confirm move details and address any special requirements or concerns Maintain cleanliness and organization of moving equipment, trucks, and storage areas Experience Prior experience in moving, warehouse work, or delivery driving is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience operating commercial vehicles such as box trucks or drivers' vehicles with manual transmission is a plus Knowledge of customer service principles to ensure positive interactions with clients during stressful situations Familiarity with equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, or other loading tools is advantageous Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; commercial driving experience is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings as needed Join us if you're ready to move forward in your career!
