In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing, loading, and unloading items, ensuring safe handling and timely delivery. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Safely load and unload goods using appropriate manual handling techniques, heavy lifting, and equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit, utilizing proper wrapping, boxing, and labeling procedures Assist with the organization of warehouse inventory, ensuring items are stored correctly and accurately tracked Load items into box trucks or other commercial vehicles, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure placement for transport Drive box trucks or courier vehicles with manual transmission on route driving assignments, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Deliver goods to designated locations efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service standards Assist with inventory counts, route planning, and documentation related to deliveries and pickups Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or moving background preferred; familiarity with load & unload procedures is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or commercial vehicles is highly desirable Experience with delivery driving, route driving, or courier services preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively throughout the shift Knowledge of forklift operation or pallet jack use is advantageous but not required; training can be provided Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude when interacting with clients and team members Ability to follow directions precisely, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and maintain safety standards at all times Join us in delivering outstanding service by moving goods safely and efficiently!
